AutoCore Parts Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with the policy below.


2. Your Right to Change Your Mind (UK Consumer Rights)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise this right, please email hzt@kakaautoparts.com with your order number.


3. Our 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, AutoCore Parts offers a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item.

Returns are accepted if:
- You change your mind
- You ordered the wrong item
- The item is unused and no longer required


4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and parts
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please do not send your item directly to the manufacturer.


5. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact customer support email: hzt@kakaautoparts.com and provide:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos (required for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items)

We will confirm your return and provide the correct return address and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

Returns are handled through our warehouse in United Kingdom.
Return address will be provided after request approval.


6. Return Shipping Costs

- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, AutoCore Parts will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where available.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No restocking fees will be charged.


7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days).
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund,

please contact customer support email: hzt@kakaautoparts.com.


9. Exchanges

Exchanges are not currently offered; customers may return for a refund and reorder.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


10. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused for:
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Items missing original parts or packaging
- Custom-made or personalised items (where applicable)

Sale items are returnable in accordance with this policy and your statutory rights.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
