📦 Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM GMT (UK Time)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.  
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping – Australia

Dispatch Location: Sydney, NSW

Orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Australia.

Estimated Transit Time: 1–7 business days  
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–12 business days (processing + transit)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment.
