Shipping Policy

Docivora ships to customers in the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible from the nearest available fulfilment warehouse.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time

United Kingdom orders: 3–7 business days.

International orders: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = handling time + transit time.

United Kingdom orders: 4–12 business days in total.

International orders: 8–20 business days in total.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final shipping charge.

Duties and Taxes

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@docivora.co.uk, and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address Changes and Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been dispatched.

Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be refunded (excluding any shipping or return costs incurred) or re-shipped at your request
